Wayne Wiesen joined Citation in 2008. Prior to joining Citation, Wayne served in the position of Senior Vice President – Legal, Commercial Businesses for Duke Energy Corporation. Prior to joining Duke Energy Corporation in 1999, he was an attorney in the Business and International Section of Vinson & Elkins LLP. Wayne has a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Baylor University and received his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.
