Location: Houston, TX
Responsibilities
- Offer general clerical support to the Land Department including maintaining the Land File Room.
- Assisting with mail outs
- Opening, sorting and delivering department mail; routing documents for review and approval.
- Managing owner relations line; Name and address maintenance.
- Participating on special projects teams.
Qualifications
- Detail oriented, strong organization abilities.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, high school diploma is required.
This is an entry level position within the Land Department.
