Description
Design, install, and maintain all electrical equipment and installations in the Region to insure that all operations are safe profitable and efficient.
Conduct all operations in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the regulatory agencies.
Make repairs as required without using third party services. Supervises third party services when necessary to use.
Diagnose problems with all of Citation’s electrical equipment within the Region.
Recommend improvements to Region Superintendent.
Familiar with prices of goods and services from all available vendors in Region to insure Citation receives best value.
Maintain working relationship with representatives of electrical power companies.
Evaluate company operations in an effort to increase production by eliminating electrical downtime and lower operating costs.
Monitor monthly electrical bills and reports any discrepancies to Senior Electrical Foreman.
Sign and date field tickets related to all electrical work.
Qualifications
High School education or G.E.D.
Employment contingent upon a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
Employment contingent upon being able to wear all types of breathing air equipment, pass a pulmonary function test and a fit test.
Successful completion of industry schools as scheduled by Citation.
Successful completion of safety and regulatory training as scheduled by Citation.
An associate degree in electrical technology
