We have finalized the construction plans and the construction schedule for our new corporate headquarters building at the corner of Cutten Drive and Hargrave Road in northwest Houston. Located on a heavily wooded 13-acre tract near our current office building, the new facility will provide Citation’s first true “campus-like” office setting in surroundings that will enhance the work environment for all employees. As depicted in the illustrations below, we are constructing a two-story class “A” office building of approximately 87,000 square feet with a two-story parking garage. Also included in the improvements are site amenities, such as a covered connection from the garage to the office building and an outdoor pavilion, along with architecturally integrated interiors and beautifully landscaped grounds. Our current construction schedule anticipates completion of the building in late February 2009. As of early January 2008, our general contractor has completed initial site clearing and is proceeding with the first phase of the construction process, which consists of water/sewer/sanitary drainage and detention infrastructure that will prepare us for foundation work during the first quarter of 2008.
