Forrest E. Harrell, Jr.
President – CCMI & Senior Vice President - Marketing
Forrest Harrell joined Citation in 1995 and was promoted to Vice President Marketing in July 1997. Forrest also has served as President of CCMI since its inception in January 1997. Prior to joining Citation, he managed various sectors of Phibro Energy USA, Inc.’s refined products marketing and trading business in its Houston, Nashville, and Atlanta offices. Forrest holds a B.S. degree in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin.
