  <description>Description:
This position is responsible for providing technology support to local and remote users.  Support areas include Microsoft Office (2007 experience is a plus), printers, phone systems, and various oil &amp; gas applications.  In addition to support, this position also creates and deactivates user accounts, provides new user orientation, and trains users in a group setting.  Administrative duties include closely monitoring software and hardware maintenance agreements and assisting the V.P. of Information Systems with budget analysis and preparation.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical in this position.

Qualifications:
Individual should have 1+ years supporting users in a corporate environment, working knowledge of Windows environment, and in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 with 2007 experience preferred.  Individual must be a self-starter and customer service oriented.

Two years of college; Associates degree in Information Technology or related cirriculum preferred.
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications preferred.

Responsibilities will include the input of field production data, run tickers, and purchaser data, plus allocation and regulatory reporting for onshore properties.  Preferred candidate will have some knowledge of how to collect, organize, input, process, report and file paperwork for oil, gas, water, injection, disposal, and source wells on a monthly basis.  Knowledge of tests, current statuses, facility production and sales, gas statements, gas field volume, and injection disposal volumes is desired.  Candidate will interface with field and company department personnel, purchasers, service companies and working interest owners.  Training is provided on impact of data flow between departments and how to error trap data for reasonableness. 

Qualifications: 
Applicants must have 1 - 5 years experience dealing with production data capture and allocations.  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook is required.  Candidate will be trained on Solomon software.

The Strategic Planning Analyst will support the Strategic Planning group in the preparation of operational and financial analyses and management reports for budgeting, planning and project evaluation efforts. The primary focus will be on budgeting, forecasting and post-project results evaluation of Citation’s $150M+ annual development program across its four regional asset teams (Southern Oklahoma, West Texas, Rocky Mountain and Central Region) along with outside-operated properties.

Responsibilities include:
Organize and prepare data for the semi-annual capital project look-back reviews, support preparation of monthly forecast of oil &amp; gas capital expenditures, provide back-up support for preparation of routine operational management reports for all Citation producing properties (oil &amp; gas production volumes and lease operating expenses) and execute other ad hoc operational and financial analysis tasks to support Strategic Planning group.

Qualifications: 
Two-year degree in engineering, sciences or business administration minimum with four-year degree preferred, minimum two-years relevant prior work experience – previous oil &amp; gas industry work experienced preferred, though not absolute requirement.

High quality analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of quantitative data via databases and spreadsheets

Comfortable with ambiguity and finding/applying available data to solve business problems

Well-developed written/verbal communication skills with ability to interface effectively with staff at all levels and across multiple functions (Operations, Reservoir Engineering, IS, Finance/Accounting)

Fast learner with ability to take direction and execute tasks independently

Disciplined project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time

Strong work ethic and commitment

Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Access; PowerPoint a plus

Prior experience with oil &amp; gas reserve economic evaluation applications a plus (ex: OGRE, Aries, Peep, PHDWin)

Desire to learn/develop professional capabilities in the energy industry

A passion for teamwork, integrity, learning and continuous improvement
