New Corporate Office

      

We are currently in the process of constructing a new corporate headquarters building at the corner of Cutten Drive and Hargrave Road in northwest Houston. Located on a heavily wooded 13-acre tract less than three miles from our current office building, the new facility will provide Citation's first true "campus-like" office setting in surroundings that will enhance the work environment for all employees with an open interior architectural design that encourages collaboration and personal interaction. As depicted in the illustrations below, we are constructing a two-story, 87,000 square foot class "A" office building with an enclosed employee parking garage. Also included in the improvements are site amenities, such as a covered connection from the garage to the office building and an outdoor pavilion, along with architecturally integrated interiors and beautifully landscaped grounds. We expect to complete construction of the building and move into our new headquarters facility in March 2009.
