Perhaps the best evidence of this shared view is that the average tenure of the company's 400 employees is over seven years. Citation employees are spread across the regions in which it operates - 150 in the Houston headquarters office, 100 in the Southern Oklahoma region, 50 in the West Texas region, 50 in the Rocky Mountain region and 50 in the Central region.

Citation personnel work in various disciplines, including reservoir engineering, production engineering, geology, land and lease management, accounting, marketing, human resources, information systems and over 150 positions directly related to the physical operation and maintenance of Citation's oil and gas assets.
